The Institute for Democracy is a non-governmental organization (Reg. No. 3767 in the Ministry of Justice), supporting democratic processes in the Republic of Moldova, the ideas of the open society, protecting the human rights and fighting the trafficking and violence in any forms.
The Institute for Democracy is a member of the International Network of Penitentiary Education in the Countries of Eastern Partnership and Central Asia.
The Institute for Democracy is a co-founder of such magazines as “European Perspectives”, “Our Law” and “Law.UA” (Ukraine).
On the occasion of the International Human Rights Day in 2016, the Western Regional Association of the UNESCO Clubs (Ukraine) awarded the Institute for Democracy for outstanding achievements in the sphere of human rights.
The Rule of Law International Moldavian-Ukrainian Magazine considered us the Organization of the Year for outstanding achievements in organizing activities in 2016.
The National Council for the Social Studies International Assembly (USA) and Editorial Board of Journal of International Social Studies (USA) commended the Institute for Democracy for contribution to the development of human rights education and promotion of democratic education in Moldova in 2018.
Benjamin Franklin Transatlantic Fellows Summer Institute (USA) appreciated the merits of the Institute for Democracy for civic education among young people.

NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR WOMEN OF MOLDOVA “EQUALITY”
The National Institute for Women of Moldova “Equality” is a non-governmental organization that promotes women’s human rights.
The mission of the organization is to protect human rights and human rights defenders, protect women’s rights, protect journalist’s rights, protect ethnic minority youth’s rights, promote women’s participation in government by developing their leadership skills, strengthen political and civic activity, and educate the public about the problem of trafficking in women.
The National Institute for Women of Moldova “Equality” is officially registered in the Ministry of Justice of Republic of Moldova as the non-governmental organization (Certificate of Registration No. 4043, 18.01.2008).
National Institute for Women of Moldova “Equality” has the Status of the Correspondent of the International NETWORK -Youth Human Rights Movement.

MEDIA CENTER OF TRANSNISTRIA
The Media Center of Transnistria is a public media association created in the Transnistrian region in 2002. In 2010, the Media Center was also registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova.
The purpose of the organization is protection and promotion of human rights, including struggle against torture and discrimination, and development of professional journalism.
The Media Center of Transnistria publishes the newspaper Civil Society of Transnistria, and keeps a portal of NGOs and journalists in Transnistria. The Media Center has created the Advisory Council by the Transnistrian Ombudsman.

The Media Center has been a co-applicant in the project for promoting independent journalism financed by the European Commission.
